This wedding band is a firm favorite with our customers and is a contemporary band steeped in ancient Celtic history. The band is created by using an open worked pierced Celtic knot pattern.

Celtic knots are most known for their use in the decoration of Christian monuments and manuscripts, such as the The Book of Kells, believed to have been created c.800 and housed at Trinity College Dublin. Most are endless knots, and many are varieties of basket weave knots. There are many meanings attributed to the infinity Celtic knot. Continuity,  the intertwining of wisdom and compassion, the joining together of two people forever.
